These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 7adc platform, including all casino games, sports betting, account management, and financial transactions. Please read this agreement carefully before registering or placing any bets.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 7adc website at https://7adc.vip (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), along with any supplementary documents referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7adc ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the services offered through 7adc. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
7adc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.
These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and any translation or summary, the English version shall prevail.
Important: By clicking "I Agree", completing registration, or placing your first bet on 7adc, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited to you personally, and that you accept these Terms in full.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
Use of the 7adc Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement. 7adc does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any form of betting or gaming on the Platform.
- You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not as a representative of any third party.
- You are not accessing the Platform using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence that simulates human interaction.
- You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 7adc Platform by our compliance or security teams.
- You are not a current employee, agent, contractor, or director of 7adc, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
Age Verification
7adc takes underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documents from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, we may restrict deposits, withdrawals, and access to certain features. If age verification reveals that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits made will be handled in accordance with applicable guidelines.
We actively co-operate with responsible gambling initiatives and encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online betting services. Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of 7adc services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must create a registered account on the Platform. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information provided during registration and any subsequent account updates is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information — including using another person's identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending winnings, and may be referred to relevant authorities.
One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on 7adc at any given time. If you already hold an account and attempt to register a second account, 7adc reserves the right to close both accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please use the account recovery process or contact our support team rather than registering a new account.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 7adc will not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify 7adc support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any other security breach. 7adc reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation, without liability to the account holder.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
As part of our commitment to platform integrity and responsible gaming, 7adc may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle. This may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal processing.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on 7adc are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7adc does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and all player balances are displayed and settled in BDT. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.
Accepted Payment Methods
7adc currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
7adc does not accept cash deposits or payments made through third-party intermediaries acting on a player's behalf. Each payment method must be registered in the same name as the 7adc account holder. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties may be reversed and will not be credited to your 7adc balance.
Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits
The minimum deposit amount on 7adc is ৳100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method used and the account's verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits. Current limit schedules are available on the Payments section of your account dashboard.
Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 7adc account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the mobile financial service provider. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. 7adc is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by 7adc in the order in which they are received. Standard withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed promptly, subject to standard security checks. 7adc does not impose arbitrary delays on legitimate withdrawal requests. However, withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or in cases where a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 7adc account. Requests to withdraw funds to a third-party account will be declined. 7adc reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above certain thresholds.
Dormant Account Funds
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 7adc may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances after the 12-month inactivity threshold has been reached. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To avoid dormancy fees, simply log in to your account at least once every 12 months.
Bonuses and Promotions
7adc periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the promotion is launched. The general principles below apply to all 7adc promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. For example, a welcome bonus of ৳1,000 with a 10x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳10,000 across eligible games before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagers placed on excluded game categories do not count toward wagering requirements.
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria of each promotion, including minimum deposit amounts, eligible game categories, and any residency or account-status conditions. 7adc reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have opted out of receiving marketing communications will not automatically receive bonus offers.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses and any associated free bets have an expiry date. Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the stated expiry window will be automatically forfeited from the account. Expiry periods are communicated in each promotion's terms and are typically displayed in your account's bonus section.
Prohibition on Bonus Abuse
7adc operates strict anti-abuse controls on all promotional offers. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus, potential forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension:
- Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
- Using a family member's or third party's account to claim a promotion on your behalf
- Placing low-risk offsetting bets ("hedging") designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising actual betting risk
- Systematically exploiting technical errors or misquoted odds to generate guaranteed profits from bonus funds
Please note: 7adc may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the promotions page or by email. Continuing to participate in a promotion after changes have been announced constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 7adc Platform. Specific rules applicable to individual sports markets (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey), casino game categories, and instant games are published separately in the relevant game or market rule pages accessible from within the Platform.
Bet Placement and Acceptance
A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation from the Platform stating that your bet has been accepted. Bets that remain in a "pending" state due to connectivity issues or system delays are not considered placed until confirmation is received. 7adc is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to internet connection problems on the player's side.
7adc reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on incorrectly priced markets, bets placed after an event's official start time (for pre-match markets), or bets that appear to be placed with insider knowledge of an event's outcome.
Cricket Betting Rules
Cricket betting markets on 7adc cover the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral international series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers. Specific rules apply to each market type (match winner, top batsman, total runs, live in-play markets, etc.) and are published on the cricket betting rules page. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or rescheduled, 7adc's cricket-specific settlement rules will determine how open bets are handled.
Casino and Live Casino Rules
All casino games available on 7adc — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant games — are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In all cases, the return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game logic are certified by the game provider and independently verified. 7adc does not alter game outcomes.
Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits
Each market and game on 7adc carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by player account tier, game category, and market type. 7adc reserves the right to adjust bet limits on any market at any time, including during in-play betting, without prior notice.
Disputed Bets and Errors
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with 7adc customer support within 30 days of the relevant event's settlement date. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. 7adc's decision on bet settlement disputes is final, subject to any formal complaints process described in these Terms.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7adc Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities where applicable.
- Fraud and Money Laundering: Using 7adc for any fraudulent purpose, including money laundering, processing funds on behalf of third parties, or structuring transactions to conceal the origin of funds, is strictly forbidden. 7adc complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious financial activity.
- Automated Play: The use of bots, macros, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, spin slots, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner is prohibited.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or match-fixing knowledge in sports betting, is prohibited.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial service for a deposit that was correctly received by 7adc constitutes fraud. 7adc will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and reserves the right to recover the amount from any winnings or future deposits.
- Misuse of Support: Submitting false complaints, providing misleading information to support staff, or attempting to manipulate the dispute resolution process is a breach of these Terms.
- Violation of Age Restrictions: Registering or allowing another person under the age of 18 to use your account is a serious breach that will result in permanent account closure.
7adc monitors Platform activity continuously for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where violations are confirmed, 7adc reserves the right to take immediate action proportionate to the severity of the breach, up to and including permanent exclusion from the Platform and legal action.
Account Closure and Suspension
Either party — the player or 7adc — may initiate the closure of a player account, subject to the conditions set out below.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your 7adc account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before processing your closure request, 7adc will confirm your identity and settle any outstanding bets or bonus wagering obligations. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
If you are requesting account closure as a responsible gaming measure because you feel gambling is becoming a problem, please inform our support team so we can apply an appropriate self-exclusion rather than a simple closure. 7adc-Initiated Suspension or Closure
7adc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials
- Confirmed or suspected engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
- Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the requested timeframe
- Regulatory or compliance requirements
In cases of account suspension pending investigation, 7adc will aim to resolve the matter and communicate an outcome within a reasonable timeframe. Where a suspension is confirmed as permanent due to proven misconduct, any balance held may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you wish to raise a formal complaint regarding any decision made by 7adc — including account suspension, bet settlement, or bonus cancellation — please contact our support team in writing with full details of your complaint. 7adc will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 14 business days. 7adc's internal complaints process is the primary avenue for dispute resolution. All decisions made following the complaints process are final.
